Software Partners, Inc. is committed to excellent service and products. All actions taken and decisions made by employees must be able to pass the following tests:

1. Is my action or decision legal?
  • Will I be conforming to civil law and Company policy?
2. Is my action or decision balanced?
  • Is it fair to all concerned in the short term as well as the long term?

  • Does it promote win-win relationships?
3. How will my action or decision make me feel about myself and the Company?
  • Will it make me proud?

  • Would I feel good if it were published in a newspaper?

  • Would I feel good if my family knew about it?

  • Would I feel good that the Lord God Almighty knows about it?
The Company, its management and employees will not tolerate:

  • deceit,
  • offensive joke-telling,
  • harassment, either sexual or physical, or
  • deriding of employees, customers or prospects.
