Software Partners, Inc. is committed to excellent service and products.
All actions taken and decisions made by employees must be able to pass the
following tests:
1. Is my action or decision legal?
- Will I be conforming to civil law and Company policy?
2. Is my action or decision balanced?
- Is it fair to all concerned in the short term as well as the long
term?
- Does it promote win-win relationships?
3. How will my action or decision make me feel about myself and the Company?
- Will it make me proud?
- Would I feel good if it were published in a newspaper?
- Would I feel good if my family knew about it?
- Would I feel good that the Lord God Almighty knows about it?
The Company, its management and employees will not tolerate:
- deceit,
- offensive joke-telling,
- harassment, either sexual or physical, or
- deriding of employees, customers or prospects.
Simply put, we will strive for creating only positive experiences for all
employees, customers and prospects. It is through all of its employees and
managers fostering kindness, courtesy, positive attitudes, mutual respect,
loyalty and trust that the Company will be successful at ensuring profit,
growth and career opportunities.
